Habitation of Love Foundation (HLF) is a Christian non-profit making registered trust and non-Government organization with a God given mandate to serve and reach orphans and vulnerable children through holistic educational support and vital services. It was founded in 2016 to operate various charity initiatives in Nigeria.

We work as a corporate body in partnership with individuals, groups, NGOs, business organizations, churches and other community resources to help achieve the foundation objectives.

We serve orphans and vulnerable children in Nigeria with holistic educational interventions making sure that none lacks access to adequate educational opportunities and a better future.

Our focus is the children in the child welfare system, including those who are at risk of entering and those transitioning out of the system.

We aim to provide orphans and vulnerable children in Nigeria with quality education and urgently needed welfare services in order to develop each child’s personality, talents, mental and physical abilities to the fullest extent.

OUR OBJECTIVES

1. To set up residential school(s) where children get academic and behavioral lessons.

2. To provide urgently needed welfare services to make OVC participate more fully in education opportunities.

3. To provide scholarship or educational support.

4. To raise awareness and funds for the welfare of orphans and vulnerable children.

5. To acquire resources and manage them effectively

6. To engage OVC in activities that promote vocational skills development and career pursuit that will afterwards enable them to make a living

7. To organize family and community strengthening programs as a measure against irresponsibility, abandonment and social neglect of children

8. To strive to achieve greater strategic partnerships and relationships with other organizations and friends who share a common vision and values

9. To achieve a high level of staff training and development

10. To provide excellent models of good practices

11. To set up other projects consistent with the objective of the charity.
